About us

We are a Ukrainian team. Our props have been created in order to help an adult to perceive each child as an Angel who has come to earth to change us for the better. The BAprops offers handmade newborn photo props: newborn animal bonnets, felted and knitted photo toys, knitted newborn pants and shorts, rompers, and newborn sets.

Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges Item must be returned within 14 DAYS after the buyer receives the item If you are not satisfied with your purchase. All items must be returned in original conditions without any physical changes to all of their components. We do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me as soon as possible and we will resolve any problem. If you have made the payment but decided to cancel the order while it was already sent to you, you will also be refunded a sum, except for the above-mentioned commission fee (10%), as the cancellation took place due to no fault of the seller. You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller. While returning the parcel, please give the seller a tracking number.

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. We ship by USPS for US packages (and APC for other packages). If by some chance you do not receive your package in a reasonable time, please contact us so we can sort it out. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.
